Professor Fransisco Ayala was Sigma Xi President 2004-2005 and ran the Sigma Xi Annual Meeting in Montreal in 2004.
He won the Sigma Xi's William Procter Prize for Scientific Achievement in 2000 and will be giving a talk titled

"Darwin's gift to Science and Religion" at the Newman Centre on April 3.

SigmaXi Field Trip:

Friday April 11, 2008 2 pm to 4:30 pm.
Visit to Centre d'expertise en analyse enviromentale du Quebec. This Centre is located in Laval (Que). Presentation will be in French
